DMCA Policy

SeyTech Designs Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to upholding the intellectual property rights of individuals and organizations, and we expect our users to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will promptly address reports of copyright infringement that may occur through our services, provided that such claims are submitted to our Designated Copyright Agent as indicated below.

If you hold copyright, have permission to act on behalf of a copyright holder, or are authorized to enforce any exclusive rights under copyright, please notify us of any alleged copyright violations occurring on our website (the "Site") by submitting the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement. Upon receipt of the Notice as outlined below, we will take the appropriate action at our discretion, which may include the removal of the contested content from the Site.

• 1. Specify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or if this Notice pertains to multiple works, provide a representative list of those works.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly submits a false representation of infringement may face liability.

If you feel that your content has been wrongly removed (or access has been disabled) and that you have permission from the copyright holder, their agent, or legal rights to use the content, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that was removed or to which access was restricted, along with where it was located before such action;
• 3. A declaration stating that you sincerely believe the content was misidentified or removed due to an error;
• 4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of federal courts in Seychelles, and a statement indicating that you will accept the service of process from the individual who submitted the original infringement notice.

Once we receive a counter-notice, we may send a copy to the original complainant, notifying them that we may reinstate the removed content or cease disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner pursues legal action against the content provider or user, the removed content may be restored or access reinstated within 10 to 14 business days, at our discretion.

In alignment with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have implemented a policy to terminate, under suitable circumstances and at our discretion, the accounts of users identified as repeat infringers. Furthermore, we may restrict access to the Site or terminate the accounts of users in cases of any intellectual property rights violations, regardless of whether such violations involve repeat infringement.
